Chapter Bylaws and Policies
The following bylaws were voted on and accepted by unanimous vote of chapter members who participated in elections August 2022.
What's different?
This revision introduces several operational changes. First, language is updated to explicitly align the chapter with IIBA globally, both in mission and standards. Furthermore the Bylaws differentiate between Board members, who have specific legal responsibilities on our state filings, and Leadership Team members (officers) whose roles may need to change to be responsive to the needs of the membership at any given time. Most importantly, some operational aspects are delegated to a new Chapter Policies document, which will be managed and maintained by the elected leadership team. Chapter policies do not need to be voted on by the membership; but by voting in favor of accepting the new new Bylaws, members also acknowledge the introduction of the policies into our operations.
