The BABOK Competency Model

Do you want to find out how you rank as a BA?  Would you like a guide to help you know which skills, knowledge, and behavioral characteristics you need to develop in order to take the next step in your BA career?
Are you a BA manager?  Would you appreciate an articulated way to understand and assess business analysis skill levels?
If you're an IIBA international member, this guide is right at your fingertips!
Join us for a presentation on how we can all leverage this valuable tool.

About the presenter:

Jeff Gates is a business analyst at the NAIC in Kansas City, MO.  He joined the IIBA Kansas City Chapter in 2013, got involved as a Chapter officer the next year, and now serves as our Chapter President.  He is a CCBA certification holder, and is looking forward to sitting for the CBAP exam later this year.
Jeff enjoys the support of his amazing wife, Sofia, who (among other things) makes a great partner for brainstorming and retro sessions.  He is fascinated by the broad profession of business analysis, is passionate about personal growth & improvement, and loves a good discussion over a happy hour.
