Welcome to our Chapter!  Our mission is to engage and support our members and community partners through educational events, mentorship, and networking opportunities. We promote ongoing professional development and certification specific to the standards and practices of Business Analysis.
About Us

We are professionals in many different job titles who perform business analysis activities. We are business analysts, product owners, hybrid PMBAs, and managers. Together we make up a robust and active city-wide community of practice where Kansas City-area business analysis professionals receive timely, relevant and affordable professional developmentleadership growth opportunities, and exposure to industry best practices.

Chapter Benefits

While membership in the international organization is required, it is your Kansas City network that you will leverage most often in building your skills and network. In addition to all the great benefits IIBA offers, your chapter membership:

  • Lets you count chapter meetings as CDUs towards your existing certification.
  • Lets you earn (PD) hours towards initial certification (not all chapter events will qualify)
  • Makes you eligible to participate in ECBA / CCBA / CBAP study groups organized by the chapter.
  • Grants you free access to most chapter events, including our annual end of year celebration at Boulevard brewery, a $50 value by itself.
  • Network with other business analysts across industries throughout the city and share best practices.
