The 7 Pillars of Self-Care is a system developed by Kharissa Parker that’s designed to teach people how to create lives rooted in self-care in a manner that’s not only beneficial to them, but to their homes and communities.
The pillars are:

2. Emotional intelligence
3. Mental clarity
4. Self awareness
5. Physical fitness
6. Divine spaces
7. Healthy relationships

Our Speaker:
Kharissa Parker is a news producer, certified holistic health coach, and Kansas City native who has lived most of her life on both sides of the fence. For example, she understands what it’s like to be married and divorced, a stay-at-home mom and a flourishing career girl, and even what it’s like to flunk out of college then earn a degree. No matter what the experience, a true understanding of self-care is Kharissa’s secret for riding the waves of life with empathy, grace, and gratitude. She believes her purpose is to equip and empower others with the insight necessary to claim their rightful place as co-creators of their lives — and to do it with self-care at the core.
