The IIBA Kansas City Chapter Leadership team wants to inform our members of an important leadership transition within the chapter. Effective immediately, Bill Cox has stepped down as Chapter President. Following a board vote, Jen Tubbesing, PMP, has been elected as the Interim Chapter President for the remainder of 2025.
Jen has served on the KC Chapter board since 2021 and brings nonprofit board leadership experience, a professional background in nonprofit membership professional development, and a strong dedication to the role.
Additionally, to better align with their expertise and responsibilities, Desiree Bosch and Jenni Miller have traded roles—Desiree is now the Marketing Director, and Jenni is the Events Director. This shift allows both leaders to contribute in ways that best support the chapter’s goals.
As we move forward, our chapter remains committed to providing valuable learning opportunities, fostering professional connections, and ensuring a strong future for our members.
