Our Speaker:

Cari is a respected agile practitioner with almost a decade of experience coaching agile teams. She is an Advanced Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe Practitioner and most recently obtained the Certified Agile Leadership for Teams certification through the Scrum Alliance.
 
Cari started her agile career at Quest Diagnostics as a Scrum Master after transferring from a client management position. She has been able to utilize both her client management and agile experience to guide numerous teams through agile transformations, helping them deliver value faster and improve customer satisfaction. She is currently a Scrum Master at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City where she supports several agile teams and is very passionate about helping them embrace an agile mindset.

Outside of her agile world, she enjoys playing pickleball, walking, lifting weights, and swimming.
