Alana has a master’s degree in business administration with concentrations in General Management and Strategy from the University of Chicago, where she was the recipient of the Mike and Karen Herman Fellowship for Women in Entrepreneurship, and an undergraduate degree in mathematics from Smith College. She is actively engaged in the community and serves on a number of corporate and volunteer boards including Oppenstein Brothers Foundation, Enterprise Bank (NASDAQ: EFSC), ISCTE International Business School (Lisbon, Portugal), Morningstar Communications, Swartz + Associates, SevenDays, Jewish Community Foundation, and Jewish Community Relations Bureau|American Jewish Committee. Alana is the immediate past president of the Kansas Chapter of International Women’s Forum. She is an alumna of Coro Kansas City and the Civic Council’s Kansas City Tomorrow program. She was recognized as the 2019 JCRB|AJC Emerging Leader, the 2017 Instructor of the Year by the Turner Construction Management Program, a 2013 NextGen Leader by the Kansas City Business Journal and a 2012 Influential Woman by KC Business magazine. Alana is a Strengthscope-certified coach.

Today, Alana is founder and CEO of Coffee Lunch Coffee where she is a networking speaker, strategist, workshop facilitator, coach and an internationally bestselling author of Coffee Lunch Coffee: A Practical Field Guide for Master Networking, the anthology Growth – Deconstructing GRIT Collection, and a blog, CoffeeLunchCoffee.com. Alana Muller is an entrepreneurial executive leader whose primary focus is to connect, inspire and empower community. She is the former President of Kauffman FastTrac (a division of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation), a global provider of training to aspiring and established entrepreneurs, providing them the tools, resources and networks to start and grow successful businesses.  Additionally, Alana spent a number of years as an executive with Sprint Corporation serving in a variety of general management roles, including marketing, talent management, corporate strategy and wireless data product marketing.

Judy Alter is a public speaker, coach. mentor, trainer, and Senior Business Systems Analyst with 18 years of experience in Business Analysis. The last ten years was working with various Agile Frameworks. Judy retired from Corporate America in early 2020 concluding a more than 35-year career.  Judy is known as “The Optimistic BA” and is charismatic, optimistic, humorous, and a successful leader. Her specialty is with handling people but also has command of business analysis hard core skills.

Product owner by day, evangelist for women in STEM by night, Tamara Copple, MBA, CBAP is a product owner with Kansas City-headquartered non-profit Children International. She is a past president of the IIBA Kansas City Chapter, and is a past leader and current ambassador for Kansas City Women in Technology, where she helped to build the Coding & Cocktails program for aspiring local women developers. In what spare time is left, Tamara enjoys counted cross-stitch, spontaneous weekend trips with her husband Matt, rewatching Marvel movies and the occasional game of Dungeons and Dragons.

Bill has 25+ years of experience in multiple information technology roles with companies large and small. Bill is a Product Manager with Leahy Consulting, based in Cincinnati, Ohio. For the last several years, Bill has focused on ERP system implementation and development in a manufacturing environment, as a SME in Plex Manufacturing Cloud and Epicor ERP. He received the CBAP certification in October 2021 and has been a member of the Kansas City Chapter of the IIBA for three years. His currently holds the KC Chapter Leadership roles of Vice President and Director of Marketing.

Rebecca Sabogal is a highly intuitive and effective Operational Excellence and Management Consulting Professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Robert Snyder’s thirty-year career spans software development, database administration, project management, change management, and the performing arts. He subscribes to Yes And, cross-pollination, and the “adjacent possible.” His work shows that innovation teams can benefit, profit, and be inspired by other forms of human synchronization, competition, and collaboration.

Robert’s career path includes consulting and corporate roles, PMP and Agile certifications, and countless performances in vocal, dance, and theater ensembles. Robert earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and his MBA in Strategy and Analytical Consulting from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Joe Perzel has been leading projects of all sizes and managing staff since 1982 in both a corporate and vendor capacity.  He has a background in multiple industries such as healthcare, insurance, finance, government, manufacturing, non-profit and education.  Presently Joe is President of the Minnesota Chapter of IIBA, partner at JPerzel Inc. as well as Program Manager at Surescripts LLC.  Previously he has held leadership positions at Cargill, Thomson Reuters, MN Workers Compensation Bureau, International Multifoods and PMI Minnesota.

Joe has been speaking since 2002 on topics ranging from leadership, management/strategy, negotiations/sales.  He has presented keynotes, chapter meetings and workshops internationally to multiple corporate, government and non-profit organizations, BBC (Building Business Capability) conference, International Institute of Business Analysts (IIBA) chapters, PMBA Conferences, PMI Global and Region 2, over 20 PMI chapters, local and global Society for Quality (ASQ), International Project Management Assoc. (IPMA) and the PMO Impact Summit.

Troy Tuttle is a Lean-Agile coach, software developer mentor, and consultant with over 17 years of experience working in Lean-Agile environments, and over 10 years as an independent consultant. He currently operates KanFlow, a consulting firm dedicated to helping software professionals, teams, and organizations improve by the study and application of Lean and Agile principles through training, coaching, and mentoring. 

Troy has been involved in the community as a conference organizer, user group facilitator, and speaker.  In 2015, he founded the Lean Agile Kansas City conference. For the last decade, he has facilitated a Lean-Agile user group in the KC area for the benefit of Lean and Agile practitioners. Troy has been a speaker in the Lean-Agile space since 2010, promoting Lean-Agile ideas at conferences like Lean Kanban North America, Agile Alliance, and Lean Agile US. 

Most of Troy's work is directed by approaches that support the why behind Lean and Agile, even if that means questioning the Agile industry’s status quo.
